Yet ANOTHER great course with loads of truly practical advice and know-how from the king and queen of US aviation. Sure, the graphics and jokes could use a little updating - which is the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars. But overall, I keep coming back to King when I want to learn anything new in aviation. Keep the great material coming! Oh, and the only other reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there isn't a way to play it on an iPad without being connected to WiFi.

I was making slow progress learning about my instrument exam until I purchased the King's Instrument Rating Ground School test prep course.  This format is designed in a manner that allowed me to learn with ease.  I loved that each lesson was short, allowing me to absorb large amounts of information, and then followed up with actual test questions.  I passed the exam on my first attempt with a 92% score, something I'm very proud of. John and Martha King are very good teachers, and most importantly for me, their lectures aren't spoken in monotone.   I'll be using King's for all my future ratings.

This course (Instrument knowledge exam prep) was an excellent in preparing me for the written exam. It appears that the exam has changed a bit compared to what we were prepared for. I had plenty of questions on RNAV and GPS and no questions on ADF/NDB or RMI. I would have rated this course with five stars, but there were more than a few questions that I had never seen before and wasn't prepared to answer. Good luck on your exam. You've made a good choice in buying this material for study.

Started from scratch, I took 2-3 months of on-line King School course to prepare for my accelerated instrument rating. Using my spare time, this online course offered me enough flexibility to gain knowledge in this complex subject of 'instrument' rating!

First my private written, and now a great score on my Instrument rating written exam, the king courses and question banks are the easiest, cheapest method of learning the material and prepping for the test!
