I was very happy with the Private Pilot practical prep course and the IFR course didn’t disappoint. I’ve been advised to use the autopilot very sparingly during the practical as it could lead to the DPE rendering it inop. Martha seemed to use it often.  It was helpful to see how the partial panel and comms failures scenarios played out.

After 20+ years of non-instrument flying I am going back to get IFR current. King Schools was the first place I looked for some training to get my mind on what I should be prepping for in the coming weeks. I'm already instrument rated, just need to get current and proficient again.
