The scores had me more than well prepared for the oral portion of the check ride. Having gone through this course gave me the confidence to do incredibly well in my own oral exam and would recommend that you take it as well, as it was very helpful, especially in planning the cross country flight and NAV log.

Great oral prep but would be nice to see the practical flow with out a G1000 on auto pilot

I really enjoyed this ... I did my initial IFR trainnig in 2005 and never took the check ride - so this was a refresher for me ... This was a very entertaining, fun way to study - Thanks!!!

I bought & started the IFR ground school course several years ago with the hopes of starting my Instrument training.  It took a few years before I actually started, but my King purchase was still good.  I used it again, in conjunction with my Part 141 ground school to study for my written.  I got a 95% on my Instrument Airplane exam and 96% on my CFII exam.  I love the King courses!

In my opinion, the King Schools' Instrument Rating course is fantastic. I could study on my own pace and at any time of the day, considering my responsibilities.The videos accompanied with books and equipment (E6B, etc.) have been enough to learn for the Written Exam as well as for several flight practices. Really easy to understand and, if I had any questions, I could contact customer services.I thank the King Schools' team to compile this course.

Passed the Instrument written with ease after using this course. I will note that the actual FAA test questions were very different from the practice test ones but the King teaching method really works and prepared me for them. Needless to say, I am happy with the results.

The online course is very well done. John and Martha explain even the most difficult concepts in an intuitive and easy to memorize manner. The test questions are spot on and the additional features allow for efficient exam prep. I did 90% of my Instrument Knowledge Exam prep with Kings School and couldn't have asked for better material.

Again a very good and comprehensive preparation for the oral IFR checkride. Well down Martha and Mary I enjoyed it greatly

I did my Private Pilot ground school through King School and I am now using them for my IFR training.  I always score in the 90% range on my written exams (Private and IFR) and I always feel prepared for the Check Ride.

The King videos were outstanding.  Yes, some of the videos are a bit dated, but the material is relevant and is updated for changes in regulations, procedures, etc.  John & Martha were entertaining and their methods not only made it easy to remember the material, but to understand it so you could apply it to the questions on the exam!
