I am no genius but after going through the King School Private Pilot course and a lot of prayer I passed the first time. I went through the material more and one time before I caught on. I would say to anyone the King School is well worth the investment.

This course (Instrument knowledge exam prep) was an excellent in preparing me for the written exam. It appears that the exam has changed a bit compared to what we were prepared for. I had plenty of questions on RNAV and GPS and no questions on ADF/NDB or RMI. I would have rated this course with five stars, but there were more than a few questions that I had never seen before and wasn't prepared to answer. Good luck on your exam. You've made a good choice in buying this material for study.

Started from scratch, I took 2-3 months of on-line King School course to prepare for my accelerated instrument rating. Using my spare time, this online course offered me enough flexibility to gain knowledge in this complex subject of 'instrument' rating!
