Easy to understand.  Martha did a great demo.  The distinction between "UNICOM" vs. "TRAFFIC" in your initial call-up is good to know.

I think I need a tutorial on emergency landing on a non control airport.

Clear, concise with great video coverage of each point. There is always a lead in, the example and a follow up. Great and proper way to teach.
