a little more coordination and guidance as to how to get through the PSI testing process would be appreciated.  (They have 2 options for 2nd factor authorization) no guidance as to which one to choose (turns out it is based on email.). PSI could use your help on website design!

Not a fan of "not" answers
Let's teach to the positive, not the negative.  Also, the question on SA and not being able to fly the localizer - if you've got the wrong freq/approach in, you're not going ot be able to track the localizer.  If you're distracted by an aircraft landing on parallel runway that's not a factor, you may not be able to fly the localizer.  Departing traffic on your runway.  all kinds of SA distractions could cause one not to be able to lfy the localizwer.
