The video does seem a little dated, but let's be honest here the FAA hasn't been quick to chance anything. :).  I found all the information still applied and has calmed my nerves about my check ride.

This course is the perfect guideline leading up to your IFR Checkride. It covers practically everything in the PTS so invest in it for your own comfort.
