The only improvements that I think could and should be made are :
more questions in each module
questions that build off of previous modules
more practice exams available at the end

The content King Schools provides is very well organized and gave me a good place to start learning about aviation as someone who had very little knowledge to begin with. The explanations provided by the presenters were easy to understand and concise, making learning a breeze.

Recently (May 2023?) the FAA changed their Private Pilot Airplane tests.  Now 65 questions instead of 60, and now with 1.5 hours allotted instead of 2.5.

There were also 3-4 questions about topics that I had not even heard mentioned before, either in Kings, or in the ground work I did at my flight school.  The proctors at the testing center said that because of that, they've been seeing a lot of 70's and low 80's for test scores lately.

YET, Kings helped me prepare well enough to get a 90% on the test, in about 40 minutes.

For refrence, I did not only the 3 practice exams, but also the random exam questions after that 3-4 times in the weeks leading up to the test, and was getting 91 - 95%.  So figure that you will be 3-5 percent lower on the actual test that what you are seeing in the King's practice tests until they can update their course.

The course builds from basic to complex knowledge in the proper order as to not to confuse the learner.  I recommend going through the course once prior to flight instruction, and again in concurrence with flight lessons.  You will impress your instructor if you already know subject matter such as reading charts and utilizing a VOR system, which saves time (aka $$$) in training.  Other items will make more sense after you've been in the plane.  Much of the course can be done on mobile phone anywhere.  Marking and reviewing questions is very easy.  Some of the course, especially the practice exams, will require a large screen such as a PC.

Well worth it

This course explained all of the necessary concepts in a way that was easy to absorb. I took copious notes that I could review and had zero hesitation with any of the questions on the exam.

King Schools gives you the meat and potatoes for what you need to get your private handled like a champ. I like the logical progression through courses Thanks!

The videos can be a bit cheesy but it seems like they had fun making them. All in all, there were solid explanations to concepts and the course is layed out in a very effective way.

helped me understand the material, not just the answers

I was quite pleased with the King's course and well prepared for my Private Pilot knowledge exam. There were a few topics that could have been covered in more detail and had more representative sample questions, but it was spot-on for most of the exam.
