I've done all my ground courses with King and still will, but this one they dropped the ball on, they throw you right in to IFR charts thinking you already have some knowledge of it, they save weather and easy stuff for the middle. It was a complete shock to go from having your hand held in the PPL course to thrown to the wolves in the next course, I did use them for my IRA, FII, and IGI tests and passed them all though

Simply the best

I used King Schools to help prepare me for my instrument written test after failing it the first time. King Schools showed me how to actually do and solve stuff without having to just memorize it like Sheppard Air. I would recommend this website to any other pilot working on their check ride or written.

A great overview of what to expect for the oral and practical course but a little intimidating how easy Martha made it look.

Excellent and easy to use. I'll be coming back to use King Schools for the rest of my ratings!

Martha and John: thank you so much for sharing your flying experience. It's humbling to hear from both of you what you have gone through and still alive to share so others might avoid the same mistakes. I've personally developed the habit of doing a PAVE and IMSAFE checklist prior to every flight. I even do it before flying in a simulator! I am glad you shared about CARE. Somehow I must have missed that on the PPL syllabus. I am incorporating that into my checklists today.
