Presentation Seems Dated
Copyright 1995.  Information updated through superimposed graphics where reg changes have been made since this was originally produced.  Found the information useful for review, but the presentation seemed dated.  Viewed on an iPad.  Found it hard to stop/start video to make notes and if stopped to take a break, lesson would not resume at stopping point.  Had to manually scroll to find my place.  Useful, but at 24 years old as of my viewing (2019), its needs an update

Short but good information
The course consists of about eight 10 to 15 minute videos that while short are full of good information. This course best compliments the IFR ground school and does not appear to be intended as a stand alone IFR course.
