This is a great reference for any pilot struggling to define their personal minimums, or for any pilot that feels unsure if they should be flying that day. This gave me a great tool and example to help me make decisions for the best interest of my personal safety.

One of the things I've noticed in the course of my flight instruction was that while it was that while personal minimums were often alluded to, there was no explicit discussion of them, and the kinds of things one ought to consider.  I really enjoyed this video because it stated explicitly what was often left unstated, and made me consider making a more explicit, standardized approach to risk management in my flying.
