Very good refresher for the VFR pilot using VOR and ADF, can't vouch for the IFR pilot because I'm not one and have no intention of becoming one.

Great intro and refresher for Nav. Last observation was so true. Pilots have to learn each airplane that they fly. Systems are super sophisticated with full on moving maps on handheld devices.
