This is great information. I appreciate the demonstration on the G1000. I had safety pilot the other day with a friend that has this MFD style in his aircraft and was given the opportunity to fly with that navigational aid.

Content is dated, but concepts are valuable.  I enjoyed the primer on the G1000.

CONCEPTS THOROUGHLY REVIEWED, AND EXPLAINED.  EXAMPLES GIVEN TO ILLUSTRATE EACH NAVAID, AND MANUEVER EXPLAINED.  THE "SYNTHETIC VISION" SECTION WAS EXTREMELY INTRIGUING, AND WILL REQUIRE A LOT MORE TRAINING FOR ME.
