This relatively quick and thorough review in understandable sections was perfect for me as I transition from Avidyne to G1000 glass panel.  Just the right amount of repetition.  I know it will decrease the stress as I head to initial Cirrus training next week.

Course covers everything you need to know and more to become familiar with the G1000.  I have zero experience flying the G1000 and just completed watching the videos after a six year hiatus from flying.  It was kind of like drinking from a firehose, but I'm looking forward to getting back in the airplane and applying the knowledge while reviewing the course as necessary.  And as always,  John and Martha's style of delivery makes the process entertaining and memorable.

Up to date, easy to follow, easy to navigate

Excellent and clarity to working the G1000's complexity. Reading a book would not delivery nearly as much positive learning experience as to see the functions actually demonstrated as if it were a reality based scenario.

Great website

First of all, I am NOT a pilot (medical reasons), but I "fly" a reasonably serious sim.  The sim has a G1000 glass cockpit with no instruction manual!  Thanks to the G1000 course, I have mastered the basics of the G1000, and VFR on the sim and wanted to try some instrument flying.  The course is a good introduction to the subject, but you will need a real instructor in real time to answer the questions that come up if you are going to transition to this glass cockpit.

Though I've been flying with the GFC700 and G1000 for a few years I wanted more info for instructing on it. I've taken other excellent G1000 courses (Flying Like The Pros) and this King program still added to my knowledge base. The subtleties introduced in this King program really honed my instructional skills and took them to a more intricate level.
