I am very grateful to find a an opportunity to learn like this. I find it easier to remember things learned here as compared to other schools.

I don't have a GTN navigator (yet, at least) but really appreciated John and Martha's brief introduction to the units. Although it's not intended to be a complete course for all the functions, I found it very helpful as an overview.

John is a nervous applicant who gradually becomes more confident as the course progresses.  Mary is very kind, just testing what is required and not trying to flunk John.  She's careful to explain what is expected, what she can and cannot do.  John's careful to ensure he understands the question.  Just watching will relieve a lot of stress for any applicant.
