great course

I have tried other home study courses, and I came back to King Schools.  Nobody prepares you to take the FAA exams like King Schools. Its as close as you can get to a guarantee of a passing grade. The material is presented in a way that you can understand and absorb.

John & Martha simplify and prioritze for us.  They make learning the meat of IFR regs fun and memorable.

I fly out of a non-towered airport and this course was a great refresher on how to communicate when approaching or leaving a non-towered airport. It was helpful to compare both an unattended airport with an attended airport or one with an FBO.

Great real life teaching

This isn't anything your instructor can't explain to you in a few minutes, but if you want a little primer beforehand, this is a clear and concise explanation of the wing-low method.

Much easier to pick up the details required while sitting on the couch instead of while a runway is coming at you. Then you can go to the plane and apply what you've seen.Great, thanks!
