1. I found that using "customer" instead of "student" was annoying, was a major distraction, can cause confusion. CFIs have students; Commercial pilots have customers. The FAA issues Student Pilot Certificates NOT Customer Pilot Certificates.2. Some sections were nothing more that copy-and-paste montages from prior fixed wing instruction videos. I am sure that the Kings can update these videos for helicopter-only pilots. These montages cheapened the quality of instruction.3. Too much focus on fixed wing.Helicopters are different aircraft with some different concerns. In conclusion, constant use of airplanes as examples is poor instruction. It is confusing. I strongly recommend that y'all update your course and focus strictly on rotary wing aircraft. There are many, many CFIs who are helicopter only.
