Using the new ACS
Was an excellent course especially good for the oral part of the course. the flight was done with G 1000 and I a steam gauge pilot and had some trouble following the screen of the G 1000 panel not knowing where to look when the screen flashed on in specific areas of flight. When someone is going to take the course state that its done with the G 1000. To fly if you are new with the G 1000 one would have to fly with it many hours to remember what to do.

Overall, it was a great introduction to the GTN.  I would have liked to see more practice scenarios with less step by step guidance unless a mistake were made.
