Very helpful refresher on reading the  approach  plates

Overall satisfied with course.  I felt it comprehensively covered most of the bases. Video presentations could use and update.  I passed the written Instrument Rating Airplane the day after course completion.

This one was better than the first one because it was shorter points and concepts videos, which help when your trying to get a grasp of the terminology.

It is nice to watch your course information instead of trying to memorize printed words or concepts.

The practical test course was an excellent review of what to expect and how to prepare for the instrument oral exam and check ride.  It was enjoyable to watch and it provides structure that helps mitigate test taking anxiety.  The examiner is very businesslike, but kind and understanding.  She sums it up by saying that the ultimate test of the applicant is whether the examiner would be comfortable sending her family with that pilot on an IFR flight.
