Good introduction
I liked the King introduction here, but I'd like to see it updated since the plane used is from 1989.

Passed exam.
The exam asked very few questions that related to course topics.  FAA wrote questions that were difficult due to the way the questions were presented.  They were looking for concepts as how to apply the study materials.  Most of the airspace related questions were a challenge.  The sectional charts used during the training were the only ones used. However, the charts could not viewed on the screen, only paper copies were available.  Better take your own magnifying glass to find and read information from the charts.Computer driven exam systems need to be upgraded at exam sites.  Not being able to read information from the sectional charts added additional unnecessary stress.

New medical requirements
Very informative and easy to understand
William S. 10/19/2018 Pilot Medicals and BasicMed Explained
Nice refresher
A clear and easy-to-follow explanation of crosswind landing technique.  The video also makes excellent use of in-flight and ground perspectives to clarify what is happening during the landing.  The video was clearly produced a while ago, but the lack of computerized graphics, etc. makes everything much easier to understand and relate to.

Educational and entertaining
The course is well-packaged, easy to follow, and presented in an engaging and lighthearted way.
Luca C. 10/19/2018 Making Your Own Rules - (King Classic)
I passed my IFR the first time
With help from the King IFR course I was able to pass the written test the first time. From someone who has taken the written, let me assure you that it is no walk in the park. The FAA has made this test really difficult and hard to pass, but if you will study like John and Martha recommend , you will pass too.

Superb, as always
I did this course in 2007, and the updated version this week.  The first time made a tremendous difference in using this marvelous GPS; the second was icing on the cake.  My pilot-friends cannot believe my proficiency in using the 530 to make IFR a snap.
