Lessons do a great job of breaking down concepts, explaining them, as well as illustrating them in a simple manner so that they are easily understood. The lessons focus on key concepts that are relevant to the test and they do a fantastic job of familiarizing the student with the material in the lesson bringing them up to speed quickly on a topic. Private Pilot Ground Test Prep is an excellent study aid and is worth purchasing even if already attending a ground school. In my case, I was going to originally just use King Schools for the endorsement so I could take the knowledge test as I was going to take lessons at a school that did not offer ground lessons. Due to Covid19, my training was stalled after only a few flight lessons and I eventually had scheduling issues w/work and the school I was going to. I chose to go to a school which was more convenient for me due to proximity from home and work. The school I had chosen had ground lessons included in their Private Pilot program which I had to take. Although I was taking ground lessons, the Private Pilot Ground Test Prep was an excellent supplement to my training. Having King Schools Ground Test Prep while attending the ground school helped me in understanding the material quickly as well as focusing on test relevant topics and details. I was comfortable and felt prepared for the test, having done the flight school's ground school and having completed the King School's lessons while taking the practice tests which are invaluable for test prep. I highly recommend King Schools and will be purchasing The Instrument Rating Ground School and Test Prep in the future as a supplement to my training when I start my instrument rating.

A great course that will help the IFR single-pilot recognize those factors that can potentially place both pilot, passengers, and the aircraft in danger.  Self assessment,  proper planning on the ground, organization, cockpit management are a few of the topics covered in this course that will improve the skills of the pilot on an IFR flight.
