Just completed the FIRC. I had difficulty getting help to show the IACRA application completed. It took five separate phone contacts to get it resolved. Apparently from what several customer service contacts informed me it was sitting on "Peters" desk waiting for him to complete his job.
My first call regarding the issue was on 12/1 it finally got resolved on 12/17.
I was also charged twice for the course. Only took one contact to get that resolved.
