Flying Made Easy
Great video of basic flight control inputs without any digital navigation aids.  Just basic 6-pack instruments. They put a lot of effort into showing rather than just explaining with both an external camera view and separate rudder pedal view.  So the camera shows how the rudder pedals are used to make a coordinated turn along with the control wheel input to the ailerons, as well as how to depress the upper part of the pedals to brake on the ground while using the lower part of the rudder pedals to steer during taxi.
