This series of videos presents everything you could expect for your practical. Indeed, it seems incredibly daunting. For a little perspective, I'm a student pilot who has been studying the ground school material for about 3 months but only has 6 hours in the air due mainly to bad weather. It's one thing to be prepared for an online test, but quite another to think that you might have to recall all of that again for the practical. Whew! I do try to think that all of this info will become more automatic as I have more experience actually flying the airplane. It's obvious that all of this is doable because we do have a bunch of pilots! I think this course is very good for demonstrating what you could be expected to know and perform during the practical.

Schooling is great really helped me understand everything I needed to know for the test!

This course does a great job at breaking down the steps involved in the Private Pilot practical/oral exam. It definitely helps settle your stomach before your big day.

I loved the videos, I am a visual learner so it helped me out a lot.

I would pay $200 more for a hot blonde instructor.

The ground school was super easy to follow along with because the videos are very bite-sized and help you remember things easier. I'll definitely be using King again for my future ratings.

I chose King because it is the name that I knew. I learned what I needed to, but feel it should have been presented better and in a more modern format. John was difficult to understand and sped through information that I had to review multiple times. Additionally, more modern tools should be introduced into the course, such as flash cards, support for Android, and easier to find visual tools in a document or webpage. Additionally, the webpage could be easier to use and more navigable.

Learned everything I needed know on the exam to pass!

The videos are engaging, sometimes with some humor as well, and most everything is easy to understand.  Would recommend.

I was beyond pleased with the result of my online training.  While explaining practically all details required by the FAA for completing the knowledge test, the King Schools provided a volume of questions far in excess than I needed to be prepared.  The true FAA exam was also far easier than the final exams provided to complete this course.  And, I say that as a good way.  Being over prepared, as in planning a flight, is far better than being underprepared.  Once I had answered first few questions of the FAA exam, I knew that everything was going to turn out great.  In the end, I scored 98%.  It would have been 100%, but I made 1 foolish mistake.  That one is on me :)
