Product reviews for Instrument Rating Written & Checkride Combo

I'm not sure what I expected but this wasn't quite it. Martha had excellent knowledge but I don't think the questions covered enough. Barely any questions about weather, physiological effects, etc. While it was nice to see how a model checkride would go this would not prepare anyone for the knowledge portions unless they already knew the material.

While the content is still useful overall. It needs an update in "look and feel" and current tools used.

Good review of the basics

The Instrument Rating is the second course I have purchased. I need to study on my own pace because I have a family and would be difficult to attend school on regular basis.I would highly recommend the Instrument Rating course for its contents, its Online Aviation Library and Lifetime Access & Updates, prompt customer service.I would like to thank King School for all the effort to put this course together.

Great for visual learners!

This is excellent material. The videos do show some age on them (meaning there is some older terminology like "WAC") but King Schools provides a pdf in the upper right-hand corner the computer version of the course main page. On that pdf sheet, you'll find a list of the latest updates and even references to their respective AIM or FAR.

There is no other way to study for your pilot ratings.  John and Martha make the content fun to learn.  This is my second course from King and you can be assured I will use them again.

I attended an in person IFR ground school in 2016 but never took the test. Three hour blocks of instruction just didn't work. Your online program is FANTASTIC! I'm working full time so it took me about 6 months to get through it, but I just scored 100% on the test and felt completely prepared. I especially liked the bite-size videos that fully explain the important points, as well as the test questions. You do an excellent job in taking a mountain of material and making is accessible. Thanks!

The instrument rating ground course is a well-rounded and comprehensive course. Thank you for helping me become a better prepared and safer pilot!
