Product reviews for Flight Instructor (CFI & FOI) Written & Checkride Combo

The Flight Instructor practical test videos were average quality in terms of image resolution. However the content of the videos was amazing and certainly gave me knowledge to learn!

Information is presented well, however the content is not sufficient enough to cover additional requirements and changes in the PTS and what is expected of an applicant since this course was last updated/created. I prefer King Schools to other online ground schools, but this course will not supply the knowledge required to pass a CFI oral. Large chunks of the PTS are not covered or even hinted at. Disappointed.

Very helpful but needs to be updated. This must be at least 30 years old. 90% of it is relative, but so much is changed as an a DSB, GPS electronic flight bags,etc

The King FOI course was great and covered all of the topics thoroughly. I will be back for more training!

It is helpful to see the gist of a practical flight test.  The video is from 1994 and I am writing this in 2022 so some updates might be in order.  Doing the CFI checkride in a Mooney is a nice touch.  Overall it helps with some overall expectations for the checkride.  This is one of many resources I am using as I get ready to start down the CFI road.

You guys always do a great job at presenting this material.  Passed my instrument rating a year ago using your material and after a long break between, I am chasing down a Commercial Certificate and going back through your courses to get back up to speed.  Thanks for the help John and Martha you two are the best!
