an emergency situation.  Very easy to carefully listen and take notes also.

a little more coordination and guidance as to how to get through the PSI testing process would be appreciated.  (They have 2 options for 2nd factor authorization) no guidance as to which one to choose (turns out it is based on email.). PSI could use your help on website design!
