As tedious as the process may be sometimes, the lively presenters really helped me get through this thing. I feel I am now more than ready to take my written exam. Would recommend.

On occasion, there were issues with the video playback and I had to refresh the browser to reload the video. However, the material within the course was excellent and the video presentations were very easy to follow and understand.
