Necessary paradigm shift
Excellent course.  With the continuing number of accidents over the years attributed to poor aeronautical decision-making, it is exciting to see a paradigm shift from skills training focus to risk management focus.  Good skills training should be a given; good risk management training will hopefully become the order of the day as more instructors pick up and teach these tools.
