Like you said, staying out of the potential of an emergency is the key.  I fly competition aerobatics and if I pilots got some good basic aerobatic training, so much of this fear and having true knowledge would make pilots safer.

A very good course about risk management which is worth viewing

A good training course that is most definitely worth your time in viewing it.

This course takes less than an hour to watch and is an excellent review of basic weather phenomena that all pilots need to know.  I highly recommend it to all pilots, new and experienced.

As usual helpful tips and tricks

Very detailed explanation and illustration of the required maneuvers.

Great overview with some valuable tips as I prepare for my PPL.  Love the videos.

Very basic Could have more detail

The video is dated and very grainy, like watching VHS tapes.  In many cases the video footage is 30+ years old.  The content is okay, but because of the content age, text overlays are used to provide updates where the regulations have changed.
