Just completed the King FERC, and came away very impressed.  The material was relevant, and presented in an easy to understand, engaging style.  The CFI is a license to teach and to learn.  Not surprisingly, I picked up a lot from the course which should make me a better instructor.  It was very convenient to have King Schools process the renewal with IACRA, but I didn't expect to also get a certificate for TSA Security Awareness Training, and earn Wings credits, too! Very detailed  and understandable, just the right amount of info. As for airport advisories, as a CFI at our airport I advise non-pilot FBO  staff to refrain from giving advisories like, "everybody's using R/W 25"  Instead I tell them to give the AWOS or to read the winds from our computer inside the office. You wish to state in your video that the person responding may not know anything about aviation. I think an untrained person giving advisories is a little dangerous and could incur liability. Yes, I'm a lawyer too.

King's Online ground school is awesome! I just scored 97% on my written test! I'm super happy with the results and King school what made that happen.  I studied hard not only to pass the test, but to understand each process and really be a safe and responsible pilot. Time to move on to my King's Checkride course!
