Great Course

Great place to get all you instructional needs met.

It was a lot better than Jeppesen's PDF.

I've used King Schools courses to study for every written test from private pilot through flight instructor and have never scored under a 90%.  Hands down King has the best courses available to prepare for any written test you are studying for.

The King schools jet transition course is a great stepping stone up from pistons to jets because it makes understanding jets clear and simple. It not only prepares you for the new level of flying and it's challenges, but the mistakes and pitfalls you may encounter when transitioning to this higher level of aviaiton. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I recommend this site to anyone with a passion for aviation,no matter if they are beginners or seasoned professionals

The King School checkride prep videos are thorough regarding the basic rrquired aeronautical knowledge and flying skills needed to pass your the oral and flight portions of your checkride. However, it appears that they were recorded in the '90s, making them at least a decade and a half old! Would've been nice to show how to use more modern navigational aids, especially GPS and iPad-based navigational programs. Also would've liked to see John and JC discuss ADS-B and other collision avoidance tech and techniques, like scanning. And no night flight demonstration, even though the checkride itself takes place during daylight hours. Overall a good review to boost a student pilot's confidence in their knowledge and flying skills.
