I have attended in person FIRC's, and tried several online FIRC's over the years. King Schools is the only place that offers an online FIRC tailored to helicopter-CFI's. If you are dual rated, sure, you have other options. There are even some that will let you pay once and renew for life. But after taking the King Helicopter-FIRC for the second time, I can tell you it worth every dime! The quality of material, presentation, and ease of use make this one of the best FIRC's for any category of CFI.
