Found this to be a very good coarse. Cleared up my fear of understanding METARS and TAF's

I studied the material for constantly 2 weeks. If you have ADD and have a hard time focusing like I do, it's hard to follow along. They throw a lot of info at you all at once pretty quickly, so I had to keep going back and watching the videos over, and over, and over again. I did all 3 of the test preps and got a 91-92% on all of them. I even went through and answered every single one of the questions all over again. Just took my real FAA test today and got an 83%. I was hoping for better grade since I've studied so hard for so long, but whatever. I passed. Decent course! It was fun.

Clear, concise and easy to follow describes this King Pilot Communications course. Like in all of their courses, John and Martha make learning fun and interesting whether you are a new student pilot or an advanced professional pilot just wanting to brush up on your skills.

King Schools are always right out front when it comes to flying.

For the most part I absorbed a lot.  But there were hiccups -- information appeared on the subtests that hadn't been presented yet in a couple instances, and more time could have been spent clarifying the confusing types of airspace -- I know it was covered, but I couldn't retain it well, so perhaps a different approach.  The videos are usually fine but often could be replaced/augmented by the same material in a quick chart -- I was reluctant to rewatch a 9 minute video to find a missing fact, and wound up toggling to a Google search box.  But overall I suppose it did what it was supposed to.  Will see how I fare on the actual test now.

A good, concise little course with all the information along with where to get forms from the FAA

Really boosted my confidence in all aspects of G1000.
