Much better than "well just set what feels right" this video goes into deep thought and depth of the pilot soul to help you master the "am I ready for this".  Great for Pros and Novice alike.

While the material is a bit dated, as always top notch and still relevant.

Especially if you have been away from flying for awhile, this info can save your "ticket".
