A bit redundant at times, but I can see when the FAA question is asked it's a bit obtuse at time.

Clarity in communications
Helpful information, succinct, and several examples of how comms can get crowded, how to communicate intentions with other pilots and even to say thank you!It may sound strange, but flight to non-towered airports is a different since I'm based at a Class Charlie airport under the SFO Bravo and always have to plan to talk with tower, NorCal and even Oakland Center.
