John and Martha King lecture very well.  John talks a bit fast.  Martha's pace is good but has too much 'huh'.  They cover the G1000 functions pretty well.  But they only TALK about how to do and what the G1000 and the airplane would respond.  It would be better if they can show the airplane action, say using a flight simulator.  Learning G1000 requires practice, just like learning any other skills.  I think they should include a G1000 simulator in the course and provide some exercises for students to practice.

This reminder that the sideways component of lift is the same as at altitude helped me to grasp the concept of crosswind landing. Thanks for the easy explanation!

enjoyed the program, very well covered. I am a retired airline capt now  flying a king Air B200 for a corp and the course covered everything I was looking for and more!

always nice to refresh some ideas

Have used King Schools materials for private, instrument, commercial, flight instructor and FOI, as well as 4 FIRC courses.  All are excellent, well-organized and provide relevant information, as well as, in the case of FIRC, pertinent suggestions for providing meaningful flight instruction at all levels.

I love King Schools.  Could be labeled flight instruction for dummies.
