Your FIRC is excellent!  I've been doing weekend in-person renewal courses over the years, but due to covid I elected to take an on-line course.  I investigated many, and yours looked the best, so I took it. I'm highly impressed with the total clarity of items within the course, and with the ease of navigation within the course. Congratulations on hosting this excellent FIRC!
